It's Time To Buy a Domain Name and Hosting, but there are so many services and registrars, who should I use?

So the time has come to purchase you domain name and hosting for your new site venture. That's Exciting!

As you look around online, you probably notice that everyone and their mother are selling domains and offer hosting services.
They all claim to have the largest lists of domains to chose from and the best and most secure servers available.

But how do they really compare and is there an all inclusive service that is easy to use and affordable?

What many people do not realize is that you can go thru any registrar you want to purchase a domain name.
As long as the domain is available, you can purchase it anywhere they are sold.
You can use GoDaddy, Dynadot, NameCheap, etc. The list goes on and on.
I personally like GoDaddy.com and Dynadot.com for purchasing my domains.
The reason is because they are reliable, professional, and usually the most affordable on the pocketbook.

Once you have a found a fair price for a domain, it's time to pick a hosting service to get your site online.

Many hosting services offer easy to use control panels CPanels. I refer to these as tool kits.
And in the online world, having the right tools at your disposal is very important.
There are many features to a hosting service so be diligent and research them well.

When I purchase hosting for any of my sites, I prefer to use HostGator.com.
For me, they are the simplest, most effective and easist to use.
Their CPanel or control panel is more than I could ask for.
And you'd be pleasantly suprised at all the features they offer to their clients at no additional charge.

Obviously there is much more to it than that but it should give you some idea as to where to look when you are ready.
